Welcome to the CFGI Affiliate Program operated by CFGI.io. By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Enrollment: To enroll in the Program, you must complete the registration process on the CFGI.io website and agree to these Terms and Conditions. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any application for enrollment in its sole discretion.

2. Commission Structure: Affiliates will earn commissions based on a 20-8-2 structure. This means that for each sale referred by an affiliate, the affiliate will receive a commission of 20% on the first level, 8% on the second level, and 2% on the third level.

3. Eligibility: Affiliates must be at least 18 years of age and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Affiliates must also maintain active status by generating a minimum number of sales or meeting other performance criteria as determined by the Company.

4. Promotional Activities: Affiliates are encouraged to promote CFGI.io products and services using ethical and lawful methods. Affiliates must not engage in spamming, deceptive advertising, or any other activities that may harm the Company's reputation.

5. Payment: Commissions will be paid out on a monthly basis, subject to a minimum payout threshold and any applicable transaction fees. Payments will be made via the payment method selected by the affiliate during the registration process.

6. Intellectual Property: Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Company's trademarks, logos, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting CFGI.io products and services. Affiliates must not modify or alter these materials in any way without the Company's prior written consent.

7. Termination: The Company reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the Program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions or engaging in fraudulent activities.

8. Modification: The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Affiliates are responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms and Conditions to stay informed of any changes.

9. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.

By enrolling in the CFGI Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you may not participate in the Program.

Comprised of five individuals with robust backgrounds in mathematics, artificial intelligence, and statistics, our team is the heartbeat of CFGI.

Carlos Cerezo: A developer of machine learning tools since 2016, Carlos boasts a Ph.D. in computer science with a specialization in artificial intelligence. His intrigue for blockchain methodologies and projects grounded in it has been unwavering since 2012.
Adrián García: A mathematician with studies in computer engineering dating back to 2008, Adrián is also the voice behind the YouTube channel, Math 4 All (a Spanish maths channel). He possesses a keen interest in the evolution of the crypto market and its overarching implementations.
Luís Palacios: A sharp market analyst and investor since 2006, Luís started managing a tech-focused investment fund in 2012, with a significant emphasis on Bitcoin. He initiated with assets worth $150K, which today stand at a staggering value of over $17M.
